WELCOME TO POWERHOUSE KIDZ!
PHK is the Children's Ministry of Family Worship Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Led by Pastor Jonathan Steele and his wife, Taedra, the ministry engages children through interactive teaching methods, aiming to help them establish a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. While fun is incorporated into each lesson, the primary focus is on spiritual growth and accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior.
Hours of operation
PHK opens 30 minutes before service. Please pick-up your child immediately following the service.

Morning Service:
10:00 AM– 12:00 PM
Evening Service:
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
WEDNESDAY
Night Service:
7:00-8:30PM

We meet on Sundays at 10 AM and 6 PM, and on Wednesdays at 7 PM. Each service is packed with fun activities, Bible lessons, and worship time for your child to grow in faith.

We encourage our kids to come dressed in their Sunday best on Sunday mornings and can be dressed more casually on Sunday Nights. The dress code; however, is flexible.

We encourage families to register their child before attending for the first time. This helps us provide the best experience for your child, including safety and personalized care. You can easily register at the service check-in.
Drop-off your child after check in and immediately following the end of service pick-up at the end of service from the PHK doors.
